The chickadee house should be placed in the proper habitat, either mature hardwood shelter belts and woodlots in agricultural areas, or mature hardwood forests. The house should be mounted 5 to 15 feet high with about 40 to 60 percent sunlight.
To clean, loosen screw on the bottom right corner and flip side up.
