Alfalfa Hay is a main staple and one of the most highly sought after forages in the world. Grown in the Snake River Basin of Idaho, our Alfalfa Cubes contain some of the highest protein of any forage grown in the United States.
Our area offers the ideal weather conditions for alfalfa. Being a cool season forage, it thrives in the summer with our warm days and cool nights. Our producers use some of the best machinery to reduce leaf shatter and ensure the proper moisture content. It is harvested at early to mid-bloom for great quality while maximizing output. The process of sun curing the hay for 5-7 days is what sets us apart from other brands. This technique eliminates the need to use any binders on our product."
