Ideal for taller users, Fiskars® X27 Splitting Axe (36 in.) provides power that makes splitting medium to extra-large logs easier than ever. Like every X-Series™ Axe, the X27 combines perfected
weight distribution, advanced blade geometry, an ultra-sharp edge and a virtually unbreakable design to maximize your performance. These features allow the blade to disperse wood more effectively, delivering more one-strike splits with each swing. It also includes our longest handle for increased leverage, maximizing the power and speed of taller users. The shock-absorbing, FiberComp® handle is lightweight, yet stronger than steel. A hardened, forged steel blade with a proprietary blade-grinding technique provides cleaner cuts, while a low-friction blade coating keeps the head from getting stuck. Additionally, an insert-molded head will not loosen or separate, preventing overstrike breakage. A handle flare keeps the tool secure in hand, while a textured, non-slip grip reduces hand strain and improves control. Includes heavy-duty sheath.
