Here’s our quick recipe for a fail-proof snappy marinade: Mix equal parts vegetable oil and citrus juice or vinegar with 3 tablespoons Twin Cities Grub Rub. Allow meat, seafood or veggies to marinate for at least one hour, up to four for vegetable, beef, pork, and chicken. We think it makes the most succulent pulled pork!
