Description
Artemisia ludoviciana.
Found in dry and sandy prairies, savannas, and pastures. Has distinct pale green coloring and aromatic leaves. Will spread out over time if not managed. Able to grow poorer soil, can be utilized as erosion control groundcover on slopes and fresh construction fill. Grows in dry to mesic soil conditions in full sunlight. Ranges from 1-3′ in height. White to yellowish flowers bloom in Summer to Fall.
