Description

Gray Trap is a distinct bluish-gray basalt that cannot be replicated with any other ground cover. It works great around plants, or can be used to make a walking path. The larger grade is great for around homes, and can be used as a sub base when installing permeable pavers.

Rock is sized by the screen it passes through. Most pieces will be around 1/2", but some pieces may be smaller or larger. Natural size variation is normal. We recommend our 2.5" for a larger, more uniform look.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing and delivery. If you would like delivery outside the Twin Cities Metro Area please call us at 651-239-1315 for a quote.

For all delivered material:

  • Gertens is not responsible for any damage to property due to the delivery of materials per homeowner's instructions, including damage done to driveways
  • You do not have to be home for your delivery. We encourage you to mark your driveway with chalk or masking tape or place a tarp as to where you would like your material placed/dumped if you are not going be home on your scheduled delivery day.
  • Every day our trucks run until all scheduled deliveries are completed. However, we cannot give you a time for your individual delivery as there are too many variables that influence the delivery schedule throughout the day.

Large deliveries, multiple product/bulk deliveries, and alley deliveries may involve capacity limits that could require additional delivery charges that may not be reflected at checkout. If this situation applies, you will be contacted to discuss additional delivery charges.

Hardgoods Return Policy:  There will be no returns on any bulk goods. This includes topsoils, sand, rock, mulch, and boulders.

*There will be no returns on discounted, reduced for clearance, or specially ordered merchandise.
